What have you learned to help you with that challenge?
I can now instantly witness when I’m in my wounded self without judgement and choose its sacred counterpart. I’m getting more and more curious with myself. I question the wounded part of me, see where it is coming from and is it true right now. I’m healing, shifting and re-programming what feels true in this present moment. I’m going within daily through mediation and growing a relationship with my inner self. I feel myself growing in confidence, knowing I’m returning home to me and being more aligned with myself.
What actions have you taken so far?
I mediate daily and journal when I feel inspired to write. I’m so much more aware of my energy, my vibration, my body. I ensure I have fun, play, dance, music, all the activities that elevate my soul. When I have intuitive nudges, I write them down. I feel that my intuition is deepening.
I’ve a good exercise practice in my week to shift my energy.
I’m more aware of my diet and how I’m nourishing my body.
